A maximum of 3 appointment dates will be offered and appointments must take place in the relevant financial year. If none of the appointments offered are suitable, Check4Cancer is under no obligation to carry the appointment forward to the next financial year and/or refund any payment received.
We’re pleased to cancel and re-schedule any appointments at any time, without any penalty or administration fees, up to 24 hours before your test.
However, less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, re-scheduling or non-attendance on the day, does incur a 100% cancellation levy, as we’ll be unable to re-use the time to support other clients. New appointments will be charged at the ‘self-pay’ rate as per the Check4Cancer website and not the preferential rate offered as part of a corporate plan. If an appointment is cancelled more than 3 times, Check4Cancer reserves the right to withhold reimbursement and not offer an alternative appointment.
If a client is aware that they may be late for an appointment they must contact our administration team on 0800 085 6663 at the earliest opportunity and every effort will be made to accommodate them.
We will always try to help, although regretfully we cannot guarantee to be able to provide a later appointment in the same clinic if a client is late.
